- 🧅 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 🌿 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 🌿 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 🍋 Zest of 1 lemon
- 🌶️ 1 pinch of saffron threads
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Sauté the Base
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until soft and fragrant.
