Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Prepare the Vegetables:
- Wash and chop broccoli, cauliflower, and potato.
- Set aside.
2. Sauté Aromatics:
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and fragrant (about 3 minutes).
3. Cook the Vegetables:
- Add the broccoli, cauliflower, and potato to the pot.
