- 🥔 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

- 🌶️ 1-2 jalapeño peppers, chopped (optional for heat)
- 🍅 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 🌽 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🧈 2 tablespoons butter
- 🍲 6 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the vegetables:
