- 🥕 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 🌿 1 cup white fish or seafood stock
- 🍷 1/2 cup white grape juice (non-alcoholic substitute for wine)
- 🌿 1 tsp dried oregano
- 🌿 1 tsp dried basil
- 🌶️ 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 🥄 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Salt and black pepper to taste
- 🌿 Fresh parsley for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions:
