- 🥫 Tomato Paste – 2 tablespoons
- 🥛 Heavy Cream – 1 cup
- 🥫 Vegetable Stock – 3 cups
- 🌿 Fresh Basil – 1/2 cup, chopped + extra for garnish
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🍞 Croutons – optional, for serving

🧑🍳 Peel and chop the tomatoes. Dice the onion and mince the garlic. - Sauté Aromatics
🍳 Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant and translucent (about 3 minutes). - Add Tomatoes and Tomato Paste
