How to Prepare Fakes (Greek Lentil Soup)
Step 1: Prep the Lentils
- Rinse the lentils thoroughly under cold water. Set aside.
Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and carrot. Sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
