🍲 Ingredients:
- 🥩 Beef Stew Meat – 500g, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, diced
- 🥕 Carrots – 3 medium, sliced
- 🥔 Potatoes – 2 medium, cubed
- 🥬 Celery – 2 stalks, chopped
- 🥫 Canned Diced Tomatoes – 400g
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🥫 Beef Broth – 5 cups
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🌿 Thyme & Bay Leaf – 1 tsp of thyme and 1 bay leaf
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
- 🌽 Frozen Corn or Peas – 1 cup
Instructions
- Brown the Beef
🥩 Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the beef and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside. - Sauté Aromatics
🧅 In the same pot, sauté onions, garlic, and celery until softened (about 3 minutes). - Combine Ingredients
