🍲 Ingredients:
- 🐟 White Fish Fillets – 400g (cod, haddock, or halibut)
- 🥕 Carrots – 2 medium, diced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, finely chopped
- 🥔 Potatoes – 3 medium, cubed
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 large, peeled and chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🥫 Fish Stock – 4 cups
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🌿 Parsley – for garnish
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Garnish and Serve
🌿 Ladle the soup into bowls, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Prepare the Ingredients
🧑🍳 Peel and dice the vegetables. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables
🍳 In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and garlic, and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
Add Potatoes and Tomatoes
🥔 Add the potatoes and tomatoes to the pot. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour in the Stock
🥫 Add the fish stock to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Add Fish Fillets
🐟 Gently place the fish pieces into the soup and simmer for 5–7 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
Garnish and Serve
🌿 Ladle the soup into bowls, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
