- 🥣 4 cups lobster or seafood stock
- 🥥 1 cup coconut milk (optional for a creamy version)
- 🌿 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 🌿 1 bay leaf
- 🌶️ 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- 🧂 Salt and black pepper to taste
- 🍋 Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 🥄 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 🌿 Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Serve
