- 🥤 Vegetable Broth: 4 cups
- 🌽 Corn Kernels: 1 cup (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 🫒 Olive Oil: 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
- 🌶️ Chili Powder: 1/2 tsp
- 🧂 Salt and Pepper: To taste
- 🍋 Lime Juice: 2 tbsp (plus extra for serving)
