Easy Ramen Noodle Soup Recipe for Beginners
Ingredients

- 🥚 Eggs: 2 (soft boiled)
- 🍖 Chicken breast or tofu: 200g, cooked and sliced
- 🧄 Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Ginger: 1-inch piece, minced
- 🥬 Baby bok choy: 2, halved
- 🥕 Carrot: 1, julienned
- 🌶️ Chili paste: 1 tbsp (optional)
- 🧂 Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
- 🥄 Sesame oil: 1 tsp
- 🍲 Chicken or vegetable broth: 4 cups
- 🌿 Green onions: Chopped, for garnish
- 🥢 Sesame seeds: For garnish

Instructions
- Prepare the broth
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Add soy sauce and chili paste for flavor.
- Cook the noodles
- In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add vegetables
- Add baby bok choy and carrots to the simmering broth. Cook until tender (about 3–5 minutes).
- Assemble the ramen
- Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls. Top with sliced chicken or tofu, the cooked vegetables, and ladle the hot broth over everything.
- Garnish and serve
- Add soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds as toppings. Serve hot and enjoy!
