Ingredients:

- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 🧅 1 medium onion, chopped
- 🥕 1 medium carrot, chopped
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 🥛 3 cups seafood or vegetable stock
- 🥄 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk for a dairy-free option)
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 🌱 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 🌿 Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Sauté the vegetables:
