Ingredients:
- 🍤 500g (1 lb) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 🍅 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 🧅 1 medium onion, chopped
- 🥕 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
- 🌿 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 🌶️ 1 small chili pepper, finely chopped (optional, adjust to taste)
- 🥬 2 cups spinach or kale, chopped
- 🥛 4 cups vegetable or seafood stock
- 🧈 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🥄 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 🥄 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 🍋 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🌱 Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions:
- Sauté the aromatics:
🧈 Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, and chili pepper (if using). Sauté for 3-4 minutes until fragrant. - Add vegetables and spices:
🥕 Step 2: Stir in the carrot, celery, and tomatoes. Add smoked paprika and cumin. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. - Add stock and simmer:
