- 🍄 200g (7 oz) mushrooms, sliced
- 🍅 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 🥥 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- 🥣 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 🥄 2 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce for a vegetarian version)
- 🍋 2 tbsp lime juice
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro for garnish
- 🧂 Salt to taste
